EIRð RETREAT
Tucked away on a secluded peninsula along the serene shores of Lake Gíslholtsvatn, Eirð is an exclusive waterfront retreat on Iceland’s south coast. Surrounded by water and sky, this rare location offers unmatched privacy and a sense of connection to the natural world.
The retreat’s design is a harmonious blend of timeless and contemporary with one original lodge, a newly built structure, and three spacious A-frame houses that echo the beauty of Scandinavian architecture, both old and new. During your stay, you'll have full access to the property’s thoughtfully curated amenities: glide across the lake in kayaks, relax in the wood-fired sauna, soak under the open sky in the hot tub, or gather around the fireplace after a day of adventure.

Main Lodge: Scandinavian-style lodge with two shared bathrooms on main level
Guest House: Modern-style rooms with an en-suite bathroom and private patio
A-Frames: Modern-style rooms with an en-suite bathroom and private patio
Book your flight to Keflavík International Airport (KEF) and grab a taxi to Blue Lagoon to kick-off your retreat soaking in the hot springs. A private group shuttle will then transport guests to the retreat center for check-in, approximately a 2-hour drive.
