Just as a glacier forms through layers of time, compression, and transformation, so too do we as humans contain multi-dimensional layers of being, our koshas. In Glacier National Park, where dramatic terrain tells the story of earth’s evolving breath, we immerse ourselves in the living landscape as a mirror of our inner selves. The rugged peaks, untamed valleys, glacial lakes and diverse ecosystems provide both backdrop and metaphor for exploring prana, the vital energy flowing through and between every layer of life.
Through outdoor adventure, yoga, meditation, and breathwork, we will explore the five koshas – the sheaths or layers of our being, uncovering how prana animates and unifies them. As glaciers shape valleys and carve mountains, we’ll reflect on how life’s pressures shape us, revealing resilience, understanding, and spaciousness.
Held in the wild seclusion of North Star Ranch, your mountain chalet awaits. Nestled in untamed terrain with deep connection to both Flathead National Forest and Glacier National Park.
NORTH STAR RANCH
The chalet is a serene mountain retreat situated on 40 acres of Montana wilderness, offering the perfect blend of comfort and seclusion. Expansive wrap-around decks invite you to relax and soak in the unspoiled surroundings, while the rustic yet elegant interior provides a warm, welcoming space to gather.
This three-level sanctuary features six bedrooms with a variety of accommodation options, including private and shared arrangements, and six bathrooms, a mix of ensuite and shared. An additional on-site cabin will also host guests.
Just minutes from downtown Whitefish and less than an hour from Glacier National Park, the property offers both a peaceful escape and convenient access to Montana’s iconic landscapes, making it an ideal base for this retreat immersed in nature.
Book your flight to Glacier Park International Airport (FCA/GPI). A private group shuttle will transport guests to/from the property, approximately a 30 minute drive.
